"What if these service stations decided to lower gas price to the $1.50 range as it was about 20 years ago?" I thought to myself, wow what a significance that would be for the island. Jet planes will land more frequently, tourist fuel surcharge on their tickets will not be as high or may not even exist, more cars and other vehicles on the road, more gas powered equipment to be seen all over the island, CUC power bills will be so so affordable.. can you imagine? I am sure I leave out a lot of other reasons, but I just thought to myslef how nice it would be and then reality struck! Wishful thinking...arghhh...

What If's....
I'm curios on who could come up with the best and most debateable "what if" question... I was driving around today and looked around and saw a variety of signs along the road, advertisements trying to lure consumer purchases. Then passing by Shell fuel station looking at their billboard and then Mobil and I asked myself,

Here's one...What if we had a "real" building or zoning code in place long before the rows and rows of ugly buildings were built down on beach road in the San Antonio, Chalan Kanoa, Susupe area...What if all the buildings were required to have greenery or plants around them, and at the least to be painted...Wouldn't our beach road look so much more beautiful!
That's a good one. I can already picture the postcard setting ambiance along the road. Think of more and lets see how this all comes about with "What If's".
What if you were really dreaming about this whole world and you were really in the matrix. What if the economic crisis and the wars are just a glitch in the matrix? These are the thoughts that gets you picked up by a white van and then to the looney bin. Be careful of what you write. Don't you know that we're being watched right now as we blog?
You're being watched Hee Jae. Hear the humming of the monitoring device in the background?
Hon: WHAT IF you could pay for and get your driver's license in the same building? And the fancy license machine was never broken? And my picture turned out nice for once?
The what if's can be of so many different things, but I have to admit, what if we are in the matrix? Hmmm. Now that has me really thinking. How about this one..What if we were a test case for aliens as we know of them? How about that for a what if...
That would be nice if everything stayed the same as it was with prices, what if... we could all teleport and save on car insurance.
LOL @ Boni's comment. I agree that we should get rid of the damn old-skool license maker at DMV. I just had my renewed in July and was crossing my fingers that I'd get the fancy looking one and not that one that looks like I made in my home office...hee hee!
What if...we were ahead or in tuned with technology to help us work efficiently instead of being so behind???
White van. I recall several white vans in our entourage. Hmmm... Plumeria Girl: I renewed my license twice already and never got the fancy card. I think they reserve that one for their peeps. You know the secret handshake? SHARE!
